How to use

1. Put the roller head in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes
2. Attach the head to the handle.
3. Roll gently over a clean face with light, upward strokes. Keep it moving and don't hold it in one spot.
4. Use for 2 to 5 minutes, then let it warm up before putting it away.
5. Wipe it clean after each use.
